Phillip Demond Fletcher is married to Nicolle Fletcher and is the proud dad of three great kids. He planted the Church at Oakwood in 2007 and in 2009 started CoHO, a nonprofit organization which addresses education, homelessness, and community building in low income areas. He is the author of the book, The Excellence of God: Essays on Theology and Doxology published by Crossbooks. Phillip Fletcher received his Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Riverside, a Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty University and he is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.
