    As I learn more about the American reformed history the less I understand why the white church has few blacks in long time leadership positions. It seems the exposure was there but the wider acceptance of the natural progression of black elder’s or black preacher’s authority over white congregations was never to come to fruition unless the black man starts his own thing.
